成嘉玲（1937— ）经济学博士，原台湾世新大学校长

1937年生于天津，1958年考入台湾大学经济系，1963年赴美国夏威夷大学攻读经济学硕士、博士学位。1968年获博士学位后回台湾任教于中兴大学、政治大学；1976年任东吴大学教授、商学院院长；1991年出任世界新闻传播学院第一任院长，1997年世新改制为大学后出任校长，2001年辞去校长职位。2006年出任世新大学董事长至今。

Chia-Lin Cheng PHD， Former President of Shih Hsin University， Taiwan.Chia-Lin Cheng born in 1937 obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics in Taiwan University; in 1963 she enrolled in University of Hawaii and obtained her master’s degree and doctoral degree. After graduation in 1968， she taught in Chung Hsing University and National Chengchi University. In 1976， Chia-Lin Cheng served in Taiwan Dongwu University as dean of School of Business. In 1991， she became the first president of Institute of World Journalism and Communication which was renamed as Shih Hsin University in 1997. She resigned her post as president in 2001 and has been the Chair of University Council of Shin Hsin University since 2006.
