Teh-Ming Pao graduated from Peking University and got her doctoral degree in Wellesley College of the United States．She was the founder and permanent honorary President of Ming Chuan University in Taiwan．Pao worked hard to lay a strong foundation for the sustainable development for Ming Chuan University．She was presented the World&apos；s Most Outstanding Female Educator Award by NGO International Association of University Presidents of the UNESCO and Regional Leadership Award by PTPI.
