考试作弊是行不通的。
妈妈，今天考语文时，我同桌总是盯着监考老师的眼睛。
为什么呢？老师眼睛上也没有答案呀！
可是，只要老师的眼睛朝窗外看一看，他立即就能找到答案了。

cheat欺骗 unfair不公平的（fair公平的，un为前缀，表示“不，非”的意思）
cheat on tests是“考试作弊”，cheat on homework是“抄作业”。先用中文和孩子讨论一下考试作弊的问题吧，不但能让孩子树立正确的是非观，还有助于理解本场景对话的含义呢。

第一句可置换成：Cheating on homework is not the way to go.（抄作业是行不通的。）

妈妈，我的同桌让我考试时把我的试卷给她看。

你给她看了吗？
deskmate同桌（类词：classmate同班同学；schoolmate校友；roommate室友） show sb. sth.把……给某人看
句型show sb. sth.可这样练习：妈妈故意把手放在背后或紧闭嘴，让孩子说：Show me your hands/your teeth（让我看看你的手/牙齿）。
当同学之间有人抄作业或考试作弊时，可以这样和妈妈说：
Cheating on homework is not the way to go.
抄作业是行不通的。
Cheating on tests is not the way to go.
考试作弊是行不通的。
