独特的气候、土壤和灌溉条件，成就了贺兰山东麓这片种植酿酒葡萄的“黄金地带”。坐拥贺兰山东麓这片天赐宝地，宁夏正在被越来越多的人熟知。2003年，贺兰山东麓获得“葡萄酒国家地理标志产品”保护区认证。之后的10年间，张裕、长城、轩尼诗、保乐力加等国内外葡萄酒企业相继在这里建设基地，一座座酒庄在葡萄园中诞生。这里的每个酿酒师都相信，能在贺兰山东麓酿出中国最好的葡萄酒。2012年，《贺兰山东麓葡萄产业及文化长廊发展总体规划》出台，宁夏成为中国在国际葡萄与葡萄酒组织（OIV）的首个省级观察员。2013年，《宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区保护条例》正式启动实施，贺兰山东麓葡萄与葡萄酒国际联合会成立，并将对产区实行酒庄列级管理，贺兰山东麓荣获“胡润百富全球优质葡萄产地新秀奖”，宁夏出产的葡萄酒被《纽约时报》关注……“贺兰山东麓”正一步步走向中国最好的葡萄酒产区。
好的葡萄酒是“种”出来的，这在业界早已成为共识，如今正被越来越多的消费者认可和接受。今天，由宁夏农垦编纂的《宁夏贺兰山东麓高品质葡萄种植管理手册》就要出版了。《手册》对贺兰山东麓葡萄种植管理进行了总结和提炼，具有针对性和实用性，是提升葡萄种植管理的有益尝试。我们有理由相信，《手册》将对贺兰山东麓葡萄种植管理水平的提高产生积极影响。
宁夏农垦为贺兰山东麓葡萄产业的发展做出了积极努力。20世纪80年代起，宁夏农垦率先发展大规模葡萄种植，建起了宁夏第一家葡萄酒厂。近年来，宁夏农垦又提出建设30万亩优质葡萄基地，全力建设玉泉葡萄小镇，走在全区葡萄产业发展的前列。可以说，“贺兰山东麓”闪～光环的背后，宁夏农垦功不可没。希望宁夏农垦继续为建设“贺兰山东麓”这个中国最好的葡萄酒产区贡献力量。
希望有更多像《手册》这样的成果能为葡萄园经营所用，有更多像宁夏农垦这样的企业和个人投身到贺兰山东麓葡萄产业发展中，冀以实现中国最好的葡萄酒出自贺兰山东麓的“紫色梦想”。
Unique climate,soil and irrigation conditions accomplish the“gold belt”of grape growing in Eastern Helan Piedmont. Sitting on this piece of blessed land of Eastern Helan Piedmont,Ningxia is being known by more and more people.In 2003，Eastern Helan Piedmont won the protected area certification for“Wine of National Geographical Indication Product”，and then during 10 years,wine enterprises at home and aboard successively constructed bases here,such as Changyu,Great Wall,Hennessy,and Pernod Ricard,etc.，chateaus e merged in the vineyards,where each winemaker believes China's best wine could be produced in Eastern Helan Piedmont.In 2012，the Overall Planning for Grape Industry and Cultural Corridor Development in Eastern Helan Piedmont was released；Ningxia has become China's first provincial observers in International Organization of Vine and Wine（OIV）.In 2013，the Conservation Ordinance for Wine Producing Area in Ningxia Eastern Helan Piedmont was officially launched its implementation；International Association of Ningxia Eastern Helan Piedmont Grape and Wine was established,and would carry out column level management of chateaus in producing area；Eastern Helan Piedmont won the“Rising Star Award for Global High Quality Grape Producing Area of Hurun Report”；Ningxia wine is concerned by the New York Times……“Eastern Helan Piedmont”is now heading for the best wine producing area in China step by step.
Good wine is planted,which has been a consensus in the industry,and is now recognized and accepted by more and more consumers. Today,Grower Handbook for the Production of Premium Wine Grapes in Eastern Helan Piedmont compiled by Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation will be published,the Handbook summarizes and refines grape planting management in Eastern Helan Piedmont targeted and practically,being the beneficial trial to promote grape planting management.We have reasons to believe that the Handbook will have a positive impact on the promotion of grape planting management level in Eastern Helan Piedmont.
Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation has made positive efforts for the development of grape industry development in Eastern Helan Piedmont. Since the 1980's,Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation took the lead in developing large-scale grape planting,built the first winery in Ningxia；in recent years,Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation proposes to build 300，000 mu of high-quality grape base,and builds the Yuquan grape town,walking in the forefront of the development of grape industry. So to speak,Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation contributed“Eastern Helan Piedmont”.Hope Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation to continue to devote to building“Eastern Helan Piedmont”，the China's best wine producing area.
Hope more achievements like the Handbook can be used for vineyard management,more enterprises and individuals like Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation throw themselves to the development of grape industry in Eastern Helan Piedmont,look forward to achieving the“Purple Dream”of the best wine in China from Eastern Helan Piedmont.
