Today, I am sincerely happy and excited because I got married. Even if I had a thousand words, I wouldn't know where I should start. But I know that the thousand words can only be gathered into two words. That is, “Thank you”.
First of all, I want to thank our friends here for your presence and for witnessing the marriage of Mary and me on this wonderful weekend. This has been be aunforgettable wedding because of your presence.
Secondly, I would also like to thank Mary's parents. You have entrusted your beloved daughter into my hands. Many thanks for your trust. I will try my best to live up to your trust. I may not be able to turn your daughter into the richest woman in the world, but I will use my life to make her become the happiest woman in the world.
At last, I would like to thank the most beautiful woman beside me for marrying me.

even if引导的从句往往是假设性的，相当于汉语的“即使、纵然、就算、哪怕”。

Even if it rains tomorrow, we won't change our plan.
