Though barriers may sometimes stand in the way of your dreams, remember that your destiny is hiding behind them. Accept the fact that not everyone is going to approve of the choices you’ve made, have faith in your judgment , catch the star that twinkles in your heart, and it will lead you to your destiny’s path. though是“虽然”的意思，既可以放句首，也可以放句末。用法和although大致相同。
1.用作连词表示“虽然”，两者大致同义，可换用，只是although比though更为正式：

虽然很冷，但我们还是出门了。
Though /Although it was barely nine o’clock, she has already gone to bed.

2.although一般不用作副词，而though可用作副词，且一般放在句末(不放在句首)，意为“可是”、“不过”：

3.一定要注意的是,though/although不能与but同时出现在一个句子里。例如：可以说,Poor though I am, I can afford it.或者I am poor, but I can afford it.但是不能说Poor though I am, but I can afford it.
