通常你一推开商店门,就会有店员很热情地上前和你打招呼:“How are you doing today?”这等于汉语的“你好,欢迎光临。”你要回答:“I am good. Thank you. How about you?/How are you?”“我很好。谢谢!你好!”店员会说:“I am very good/pretty good. Thank you!”“我很好。谢谢。”

接下来,店员会直奔主题,“What can I do for you today?”or“How can I help you today?”“有什么需要我帮你的吗?”如果你只是随便转转,没有目标买什么,那么就说:“Thank you. I am just looking around.”“谢谢。我就是随便看看。”

如果你有目标,比如你想买一件衬衫,那就说:“I am looking for a T-shirt for me. Can you tell me where those are?”“我想给自己买一件T恤衫,请告诉我它们放在哪里。”店员会非常热情地带你去找。“Right over here sir/ma'am. What size do you wear?”“先生/女士,就在这边。您穿几号?”

一、先发制人

在洽谈之前,我们可以向顾客“透底”,我店的内衣价格已经最优惠或最有性价比了,希望对方能理解。提前打消客户讨价还价的想法,使之想还价却不能还价,收到一种先发制人效果。

二、察颜观色,灵活报价

要想有效地应对顾客的讨价还价,灵活报价十分关键。这里就涉及到客户的分类、报价的方式、时机等一系列的问题。

三、强调优点,物超所值

与客户的讨价还价,其实是一种说服的艺术。我们在“游说”的过程中,必须把握一点:那就是必须“王婆卖瓜自卖自夸”,突出内衣以及与内衣相关的所有优势,让顾客由衷地产生一种“仅此一家,别无分店”、“花这种钱值得”的感觉,否则,结果将是说而不服。
